The company robs you, Ive had things missing from my car, they charge 2x times on stuff that shouldn’t cost that high. I came in for a weird noise in my wheel well and they said my wheel bearings needed to be replaced. I had a friend look at it and it happen to be just my breaks. Other time I came in I needed my end link changed, but tires plus said you need your whole control are switched out for that plus the cost of one was 2x times more than if I bought one myself. Even if you added up labor and cost of part it didn’t equal to the cost bill they gave me. Again I took to my friends and he changed it all over $15 bucks instead of $800. My hood latch kept got jammed and it looked like it was stretched. Took it to tired plus and they said yup it’s stretched and you’ll need new wire feed from the car to the hood and that bill was $900 for just that tiny part. Took it to my friend for a second look and all he did was spray WD-40 on the coils of the hood latch to clean all the dirt and junk around that and it worked again cost of $0. If these guys are working in a shop they should know these simple things and check them first before just thinking the worst and going forward with it. There’s many other things but the last is if you have a sports car, do not come here. I have a sports car and i came in for a oil change. I heard my car revving inside and outside. After my oil change I noticed a few employees jumping in my car for a ride around the block you’d think but they were gone for 15 min and when they took off you could hear it go. I complained and the manager ensured me that this didn’t happen but I saw it with my own eyes. They change you too much, steal from you and they don’t take care or respect your cars.
