Awesome place.great selections.very helpful staff.
The tile that they have are nice and beautiful, but do yourself a favor and get your other materials somewhere else or triple check what they're selling to you. This and do your own calculations. I purchased some polished marble for my back splash, then bought a bag of grout and mortar from them. The mortar didn't adhere to the wall and the tile, causing it to fall off. Upon reading further into this stuff I was supposed to add some sort of latex additive for an adhesion factor, something in which I hadn't run into before nor did anybody tell me about. I just went to home depot and got stuff that was cheaper and didn't need me to add anything to lay the tile down. That stuff worked out great. The thing that miffed me the most was the grout. When I finally got to the grout stage I looked at the back and it says right on there "not recommended for polished marble." At that point I just started laughing because that was the one thing that I had bought and these guys sold me stuff that I couldn't use. So, here I go back to home depot. I believe after I was done swearing a little bit I said to myself, "You had one job!" I had brought in all the dimensions from a professional design and the salesperson calculated about 9 sheets short, and that was with adding in 10% for waste. I didn't think to look at all of this because I wasn't even close to that point in the project yet. I only really care about this just simply because of the last two points I had made. The people were friendly, return policy is great, and they do have some beautiful stuff that you can really only find at a standalone tile store like this one. So, get your tile from here, but leave the rest to your own mind and experience.
No help. No one had time to look over my measurements.
