If I could give negative one billion stars I would. Worst medical experience I have ever had, and my appointment was just for a routine physical. The nurse and nurse practitioner (Vandenheuvel) performed tests I did not approve. I was also billed two visits, because I apparently made the mistake of speaking when asked if I had any health issues I wanted to talk about. Total bait and switch. I filed a complaint with Thedacare. After a two month process where I had to retell my concerns to several people, because they apparently do not share or take proper notes, they refused to make the situation right. They were sure to send a bill the next day inclusive of what I consider fraudulent charges. During some of the conversations during the complaint "process" the ThedaCare employees admitted my complaint was far from the only one at this clinic and they do a poor job of being transparent regarding billing. If you think that you as a patient have rights regarding your own care, find another clinic and a do not choose ThedaCare-less.
