The physician's are great, it's the staffs you should worry about. Not sure if they hate their jobs or what, but they really need to do something about the staffs. The lady's in the front that answers the phone are the rudest staffs that I have ever met who works for Thedacare. I thought that maybe the lady who answered the phone was just having a bad day so I let it slide, but when my husband called to let Dr. Pulley know that he was doing better with his shoulder the receptionist gave my husband the worst attitude ever. By far the worst experience with Thedacare.
