Texas Roadhouse

It seems that the slower they are the worse the service is. I went in for my birthday and our steaks were over done, the shrimp was under cooked, and my rice was dry and way too salty, not to mention that i believe my drinks may have been watered down. I have stopped many times previous to this and I usually have two drinks and leave with a nice rush to my cheeks if you know what I mean. This particular evening I had three of the very same drinks, and I swear to you it was like drinking water. My Significant Other and I always order the same thing, so it is not as if we are not accustomed the the extra salt that usually comes with our meal. but the rice seemed as if it was from the day before reheated in the microwave the salt poured on it to hide the flavor, I had a Hard time finishing it. I prefer my steak well done... My steak was so well done it was jerky, no moisture what so ever... okay well it comes with the territory, However my significant other's steak was ordered and repeated 3 times to be medium rare. It came Grey with a minuscule amount of pink in the middle. The Shrimp had hardly any searing like usual or carmelization, and it tasted very raw. I was very disappointing that the only time our food comes out decent, is when we have to wait 45 mins for a table then we are practically rushed out of there. When they are nice and slow, we get bad food.
