Doesn't follow up on anything. Had him for years and never got a call for anything. Made a payment and he forgot to enter it. Then I got canceled and only found out by a letter in the mail. He corrected it and apologized. I stayed with him because of the price and I liked him as a person.
Just found out that I was canceled two months ago. ( I pay every 6 months). He also tried to sell me life insurance as an investment account. My CPA was very upset.
I'm sure Beau is a good guy, but don't expect much.
