Tailwaggers Doggy Daycare

Wow. Just wow. That’s all I have to say. We have been going to Tailwaggers for years. They have gone down hill the last year. Just today I couldn’t get a straight answer on the phone about taking my mother-in-laws dog over the holidays (emergency situation), so we figured that meant they had openings. Brought the dog in and the woman was down right rude! Had she just said that they were not taking dogs the whole conversation would have been avoided. On top of all of this, I feel like this company have become “elitists”. We were told the “owners” aren’t taking new dogs for evaluation. And if you even mutter the breed, pit bull, they refuse to talk to you! Do yourself a favor and find a more caring and helpful kennel.
