I broke my phone (literally in half) last week and needed to activate my new one. I was in and out in no more than 15 min!! I had the sweetest lady help me, I believe her name was Zar- she was so kind and got me all set up in minutes. I usually set aside a few hours when going in for phone issues, so this was a pleasant surprise! Definitely recommend going during the week around noon.
