I visited this store to upgrade my plan and buy a phone. I needed to transfer numbers from other providers as well.
It took me 3 visits to get this done. In addition, the first visit, the wait was so long, it was ridiculous. We finally made it to a sales rep only to be addressed condescendingly and at times, downright rudely. We got home to find that the SIM card they set up for us had issues and we needed to take it in to be replaced. We were informed that the number transfer would take 24 hours. When that didn't happen, we went back. There was now another new customer service rep who starts the process again and tells me to wait another 24 hours!!!!!
I don't have many options where I live and this store was almost my only option. I will certainly avoid them in future.
