Horrible! If I could give this place no stars I would! The store was getting an update on their system so they could not process my transaction. I was there at 10:00am and the representative (Jules) was going to call us back. I told them my daughter was leaving for New York in the morning and I was buying this new phone for her. I tried calling throughout the day and they kept saying he would call us when he finished with the next customer! Ten hours later and he never called back! Don't waste your time. Customer service is horrible!!!
