If I could give this insurance agency ZERO stars I would. Their customer service is the absolute WORST in the whole town of New Richmond. Called multiple times for insurance quotes, no call back or quote. It's been almost 2 weeks now. And my family has done business with these LOSERS for decades. Kirk or Kurt Swenby, whichever it is, is a terrible insurance agent. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE ABOUT YOU.
