My husband and I went in for a table stand. It had to be ordered from outside the store - fine. We were told it was free delivery if we waited the 3 weeks for this location to do a product pick up fron the store in Illinois. 3 weeks - not bad. The gentleman stated we would get a call when it was ready for pick up, took my husbands information down. 5 weeks later still nothing. I call to check for an update, and a lady says oh so and so helped you (i forget his name) I will have him call you back regarding your order. A week goes by and NOTHING. My husband dealt with the company and staff for another 2 weeks - still no table stand. Now 7 weeks out AFTER PAYING FOR IT. they finally told my husband after 7 and a half weeks it was finally in and we just asked for our money back. Horrible service, horrinble turn around time for something you pay for right away. Will NEVER recommend someone go here for ANYTHING.
