As a nationwide broker of temporary construction equipment for the last 5 years, I can honestly say Jesse is the absolute rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. He needs to remember that customer service is an integral part of his job, and I do not appreciate you calling my coworkers stupid or liars because you couldn't get in touch with me. On top of that, your attitude once I addressed your concerns was so nonchalant that I have taken my business elsewhere. I encourage others to do the same.
