My husband and I called Suburban Fence twice to get an estimate. The first time, when my husband called, a man answered and scheduled a time to do the estimate in two weeks. No one showed up to do the estimate. We called again, and this time I left a message for someone to call back to do an estimate. I also sent an email asking to schedule a time. No one returned my email, or my voicemail. Of course, we went with someone else. Very poor customer service, especially in this economy.
