I am giving 0 stars. My husband has been going to Dr. Schmidt since he was a child. However, in the last 3 years they have screwed up our dental insurance claims. I am the carrier of the dental insurance for my family and every 6 months for the last 3 years, he ends up getting a bill in mail and I have to call the office and have them fix it. I called them when he had his appointment in July to confirm they had the correct information, receptionist claimed they did. My husband then gets a bill saying he owes money. I contacted the office back again last month to have them correct this and I faxed a copy of our insurance card. I guess their office assistants don't have a clue because my husband got another bill today. I left them a voicemail stating that this needs to be corrected and because of their crappy recordkeeping-my husband is done going to Dr. Schmidt. He is going to find another dentist to go to-one that knows how to keep record of the CORRECT INSURANCE!!!!!
