Worst experience in my life! They were supposed to touch up my roots. My blondes color was beautiful when I came in. Major screw up on color which was red. Then they put something on to take it away. Not close and they still charged me. Most unprofessional salon I have been to in my life! Slowest service and unprofessional with high prices. Bad manicure and pedicure. Nails had rough edges and they did not have a fan for drying. Pedicure told to walk barefoot after pedicure without protective flip flops real salons use. Have never left a salon without a generous tip. So bad I left 0 tip!
