The owner promptly returned my phone call to setup an appointment a few weeks out. He then called again the week of to verify. He and/or his employee arrived on time and did a good job in our three bedrooms, hallway(s) and living room. Price was very fair for the work performed. They will be my go to when I need this type of service completed on my rental or household properties.
