I'm not saying there aren't any good doctors and nurses (loved doctor Porter) but overwhelmingly Dean and it's healthcare providers are an embarrassment.
Insurance companies that have exclusively their own doctors, clinics, and hospitals have a huge financial incentive to not treat you. For Dean especially that becomes abundantly clear if you have chronic conditions that need long term management and proactive care. The people who work for Dean are largely bitter, tone deaf, and above all indifferent. Of the four insurance companies I have had in my life, they are the stand out worst, and thankfully I no longer have to suffer the indignity of living in pain while dealing with their daily incompetence. Good riddance.
