Horrible customer service. I (used) go in there everyday. I stopped to get a pack of cigarettes for a friend on my way to work. I clearly said the names of the brands. Of course, i get to work, look in the bag and they're wrong. No big deal, mistakes are made. I called right away and they were super rude and could care less that their employee made a mistake and refused to exchange them for the correct brand. Same price, there is nothing i could possibly benefit from exchanging them, they won't lose any money. Something so easy and they are rude about it. Time to find a new place to go to daily.
