Horrible customer service! I've rented dumpsters from Source multiple times. I am building a house and asked for a dumpster to be delivered right next to the gravel driveway on the left side of the garage, on the dirt pad I built up just for the dumpster. I was on site working when the dumpster was delivered, the driver dropped the dumpster about 75 yards away from where I told them to drop it and drove off. I called Source right away when I saw where they dropped the dumpster. The driver had to be about 10 to 15 mins away. They said he was to far to come back and place it where I wanted it and that the driver said he placed it in the right spot. Now the dumpster is right in the way of getting dump trucks in and out to dump fill and I have no way to move it! They want to charge me to come move the dumpster and I refuse to pay more money to them after they first quoted me $460 for a 30 yard dumpster, then called me back and said it would be $515. Last fall they charged me an extra delivery fee to deliver the same size dumpster, but this time they didn't. It seems they are just out to screw you out of as much money as possible. WM was $435 for the same size dumpster, so I told them to refund me my money and pick up their empty dumpster. They said they would still be charging me a delivery and pick up fee. After experiencing the lack of customer service at Source, I would highly recommend taking your business somewhere else. As a business owner myself, customer service is everything and is what makes a business successful.

Customers Beware! Ordered a dumpster on Friday 7/14 a week ahead of time to be delivered Friday 7/21, needed for a basement demolition project on Saturday 7/22 where a dozen people would be showing up to fill the dumpster. My dumpster was not delivered on the 7/21. I called in the afternoon on 7/21 to confirm that a dumpster was still coming and was reassured that yes, one would be delivered before 6 PM. 6 PM came and went and when I called back the office was closed (as of 5 PM). Their answering message gave an emergency number, which I called and was not answered. I left a message on the emergency number and did not get a call back. Called back at 7 AM Saturday 7/22 (day of project) and was informed that I would still get a dumpster. One was finally delivered, after my project had begun which was rather inconvenient not having anywhere to empty buckets of concrete, delaying the basement drain tile project. On Monday 7/24, I called to have the dumpster picked up but it was not picked up until Thursday 7/27 (all the while cars were pulling up dumping more weight into the dumpster with a 3 ton limit). The following Monday 7/31 I called again and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with Becky and shared the anxiety that not having a dumpster delivered (and no communication from Source Services about the whereabouts of my dumpster) the day before my project caused. I requested a partial refund or discount since my dumpster was not delivered on the promised date, and no one contacted me from the company the day it was scheduled to be delivered or the following day. I only got a dumpster once I called them back again the following day. Becky apologized and stated that she would get some answers for me about why my dumpster was not delivered, and why no call was made to explain the situation/offer an alternate solution or delivery date. She asked permission to get these answers and an answer about my request for a refund or discount of some kind and call me back, which I agreed to. As of 8/15 (2 weeks after reaching Becky) I have not received a call back from Becky or any other Source Services management with any sort of explanation or discount to apologize/remedy my extreme dissatisfaction. Which is disappointing due to the fact that a dumpster rental is not a inexpensive purchase on top of a construction project, for an Elementary teacher to afford when they have time and volunteers to complete such a project. It is also disappointing due to the fact that this the third dumpster I have rented from Source Services for separate projects on my property in the past 3 years, meaning that I have spent an significant sum with Source Services and this project I went straight to them without considering other companies. This is not the experience nor the customer service/resolution I would have expected as a loyal customer.
