Smith Dental

My son was in the room for no more then 5 minutes and he started screaming bloody murder. You could hear him outside the facility. I go in and check and he's strapped down for safety. He wouldn't open his mouth due to his last experience with this dentist lady. He was petrified! The dentist denied trying to use funny gas and once my son choked on his saliva the dentist freaked out and refused to continue. Said she was disgusted with a 5 year old spitting up while laying on his back and not being suctioned. The f**king nerve of her. This new lady is very unprofessional. Plus she said my son had 4 cavities, now he has 7 in 1 month.... No way. So we left with no extractions done, with an infection in his mouth which she never offered antibiotics. She wouldn't continue the appointment with me in the room. I can't take this dental hygienist serious.

I called to let them know I was late. I had an 830am appt. Got there at 846. They told me if u not here in 10 mins the dentist won't see you. I get there check in with the receptionist. And the lady I spoke to on the phone butts in and says let me check with the dentist to she if she will see you. She comes back and says yes. It's now 9 am and we get called back to the room. The medical assistant puts the tarp around my son's neck. And he's sitting back in the chair.the dentist walks up and says hi you are mom? Yes. Then says your 30 mins later for your appt. After she agreed to see me. What am I supposed to tell my 930 appt. So I said should I reschedule. She states thats your choice but shes making a big deal about it. She agreed she would still see me. Never again.
