Sizzling Hut

A cut above the competition for Madison area Chinese take-out! We ordered pepper steak, beef with broccoli, and coconut shrimp from the takeout counter. The staff was very friendly, the food was prepared quickly, and the order was complete and well packed. Best of all, the food tasted great! Higher quality meat with thicker cuts and fresh and well cut vegetables were used in each dish. Unlike competitors, the food didn't taste like it had been dropped in a deep frier prior to entering the wok. The cuts of meat were generous, the vegetables fresh, and the flavors spot-on. The portions were perfect. The dining area could use a bit of polish and some music would certainly be nice, but as far as take-out goes, Sizzling Hut is on point.
