Sixteenth Street Community Health Center

If I have a choice to choose no star that would be my rating. My mom been with this clinic for 20+ years n we always have a to wait for hours just to get through on the phone. The only reason why we haven’t change clinic is because she like her doctor. The staff are nice when your in person but I just hate the phone line! I feel like it is almost impossible to set an appointment if I don’t go in or set an appointment right away after been seen. Even if I create an profile account online just so I can make an appointment online but I still can’t even do that! I don’t want to waste gas to go in just to set an appointment. That is just ridiculous!
