My fiancé went here with his sister and waited while she got her hair done. Asked if the staff could fit him in for a haircut and they did. His hair looked very nice, however when he asked if they did beard trims, they told him they'd "figure it out". Should this have been the first sign that he shouldn't have let them trim it yes. Because the day after you could clearly tell that they do not know how to trim beards. He went from having a 6" beard to less than an inch because of how uneven the girl cut it. If you don't know how to do something, don't just wing it! Especially when you're working on a client! He may not want to say anything, but I sure will. Especially when he was there for over an hour getting his hair cut.
