I initially gave this company a good review when an office out of state called and they posted. However, I then received the bill. We used this company on the day of surgery, so my brother-in-law was at our home. The company used about 3 times as many fans and a dehumidifier than what the situation called for. Our bill, which we received weeks later, was $1350. We never would have agreed to this overkill if we would have been home. We could only get the bill down to $755. The corporate office was very rude and not willing to work on the promised price of (verbal) $400-600. We will never use this company, or any Servicemaster, again. We will never recommend this company to our clients and will warn others about it.
