Brian really went out of his way to get my computer working again quickly. Luckily he was able to diagnose the problem as a bad power adapter, without having to do a lot of work on my laptop. Even though he had ordered an acceptable power adapter, he canceled that and got me an original HP adapter when he later found it available. It seemed he cared more about my computer working to it's best, quickly than making a lot of profit from the opportunity. He charged me a fair price for the work he had to do. I ended up paying about half for the part & labor than I would have for just the bench fee at other places...without the one week wait.
