I just had my service from this place today, and I can honestly say I am very disappointed. When I first got there, I waited a bit, and when my hair dresser was ready for me, he called me over to his station while he still had his previous client in the chair. I stood their awkwardly while I waited until he finished up with that client. When he came back, he didn't ask how I was, who he was, or asked for my name. I don't even know what his name was. I had 2 photos I wanted to show him to give him an idea of what I wanted, and he didn't even look at them. He just got his swatch chart and told me what color I was doing. He then left to mix the color, without even asking me what I wanted for my haircut. He was really sloppy with the color application, and I am still trying to scrub it off now at home. While my hair was processing, he was gone the whole time, and never checked back in with me to see how I was doing. After washing out the color, he finally asked me how I wanted my haircut, and started chopping away. During the haircut, he stopped a couple times to text someone, and never apologized for the interruption. He even picked up a phone call, and was talking on the phone, while he was trying to cut my hair. Not to mention, he cut way more off than we talked about. While I was waiting to pay for my service, he recommended a product and placed a very small size of the product next to the receptionist. He then put on his coat on, and headed out the door before I even paid for the service. When I got home I saw how uneven my haircut was, and had to have my roommate help fix it for me. I have tried calling them several times to complain and no one is picking up the phone, nor returning my message. I will not be going here again.
