Safelite AutoGlass

So I've actually never been here for service, but I was here a couple of times at the front desk to ask questions. I walked in and there was no one at the desks. I looked around, hoping to see someone, but it was deadsville. I waited about 5+ minutes until someone finally strolled into the area and sat down at a desk. (Smelled like she was in a smoke break.) She didn't say "can I help you?" or anything, just sat down. Needless to say, when I do need service, it won't be here. That's no way to greet customers or potential customers.

Polite staff, have a sitting area with soda and coffee.
