Well where do I start...My original appointment was for mobile but they messed something up and needed me to bring it to the shop which was extremely inconvenient and I needed to be taken and picked up from work. The manager failed to tell his employees in the shop that day that I needed to be taken and picked up which caused some issues but in the end they were able to take me to work but the couldn't pick me up so I needed to walk. Onto the work that they pride themselves on...Windows weren't washed, not vacuumed, dash and A-pillar were filthy from the debris from the pinch weld. My rear view mirror wasn't attached properly it was loose. It was just an overall unprofessional experience
