When the owner of the company tells you "YOUR WRONG" it kind of makes you wonder about the quality of service!
I was forced to use Ryan Bro's for a trip to Meriter Hosp. (Totally not needed) I received a bill from Ryan Bro's for the trip. When I questioned Pat Ryan (co -owner) about the bill he became very defensive and combative. When I asked him why he was so defensive he shouted "Because you are wrong" This tells me one thing, he knows he is in the wrong and shouting is his way of handling it! Now it is time to make a video of Ryan Bro's inability to respond accordingly! Patty, This would have so easily been handled if you would have acted like a responsible adult!
