HORRIBLE costumer service! I spent over $5,000 at Rubins and received no support from the salesperson nor the management when an order was received in the wrong color and defective. The management / owners will not step in to help with problems. Company policy allows the salesperson to be independent and as a customer you have no recourse beyond said salesperson. After three months of negotiation, things were finally fixed, but then Rubins wanted to charge me a second time ($89.00) to deliver the repaired products. It was the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
