I went to the Oak Creek location twice now, the first time the whole experience was very awkward. I went to get a hair cut and when i sat down the lady just started cutting my bangs without doing a wash or anything which is not at all what i wanted so i left feeling very confused and angry. i decided to give it another chance since it's at a very convenient location for me, this time i met with a different stylist who was very nice and she listened to what i wanted and my hair cut turned out very nice. however, i felt very uncomfortable and the stylist seemed semi rushed. midway through the hair cut she stops and tells me she has to check on her other client. i was very confused as to why she would have two clients at once but i let it go. throughout the rest of the styling she kept leaving to check on her other client and i could tell she was getting agitated and was very rushed and eventually asked another stylist to finish with her other client. This is now twice that i've been at this location with 2 different stylists and both times i felt like i didnt have the full attention of the stylist. as much as i love how convenient the location is, at this point i would rather drive further just to get a decent experience.
