Ron & Russ's Flooring & Design

Ron and Russ have really fair prices and their employees do a nice job. Actually installed my carpet 7 years ago and now they removed it and refinished the hardwood floor. They found 3 really bad spots where the wood was damaged underneath and they did a really nice job replacing the wood.

Horrible experience! They had to come 4 times to complete a simple laminate floor install because they did not order enough product. They didn't give us an official estimate or job order BEFORE they started the job so the completed work was not what they promised it would be. They damaged plaster when removing a heating vent and wanted me to pay for it. They suggested that we change our transitions when they bid the job, but then reneged and said that was NOT a part of the job. They accused me of lying when I brought up this contradiction and then did a terrible and unprofessional job with the transitions. Lastly, when they came the final time to finish the job, the workers and Russ acted incredibly unprofessionally by talking badly about me to each other and to my daughter. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR FLOORING NEEDS!!!!!
