I agree with you brother Chueseng. I was also in a similar situation a month or two back. Would've given it zero star if I could. Bet the bouncer told them the same story about some underage kid, using a fake ID to get in, got wasted, left and got into some accident and they supposedly got in trouble/blame for it because their dumb*** let that underage person with a fake ID in. The story was not even close to being relevant to towards me or my situation.
So my nephews came from out of town and they were also underage, with no proper form of ID, and was also denied at the doors (about 6:30pm). Remember, not all high school kids have a state ID and they don't carry their birth certificate with them everywhere they go. I mean, I'm 39 years old and I could be their father for Christ sake. Just wanted to showed them a good time while visiting. I have never been to a restaurant/pool hall and get card to confirm someone is underage to enter. I clearly told the bouncer and manager that they were underage and have no IDs. It's not like I was trying to sneak them in and lie about their age.
I was a loyal customer for over 15 years, going about 2-3 times a month and drop roughly $50-$100 on every visit, but now I can say that I will never step foot into that place again. Better off doing business elsewhere where its more respectful, more professional and more friendly.
So just a heads up, make sure you bring 5 forms of IDs, birth certificates, your passports, your parents and grandparents if you plan on bring anyone that's underage here to enjoy a meal, or play some pool.
