Drivers who haven't worked elsewhere won't appreciate this company. Hometime is excellent, I was out 11 off 3, occasionally opting to stay out 14 to be off 4. Most companies are 14-21 for 2 days, barely. Fleet managers have to spend a week with a driver-trainer. Living in a truck. It's not quite the same but they do appreciate what we have to contend with better than some college kid who's never left home.
