This review is titled: Train Wreck - Our Rock Bottom Dining Experience
We had reservations for a party of ten. When I first sat down I realized my chair was falling apart. When we all arrived we ordered drinks. BOOM! The wreck begins. When our waters were being delivered the waiter dropped a whole full glass of water on the table. Not the worst thing, accidents happen, but this is when we could tell our server was new.
The drinks took about 30+ minutes to get to us. We ordered our appetizers while waiting and the appetizers took about 45 minutes. We ordered our food while waiting and that took about 30-45 minutes to arrive, and it wasn't even brought out at the same time. Some guests waited another 5+ minutes for food.
The food was okay at best. Some of it seemed overpriced, and by the end of our experience everyone was not satisfied with the entrees. We did enjoy the appetizers.
The server kept dropping silverware while grabbing our dishes as well. Half the table decided not to order a second drink just because we thought it would take too long.
When we were all finished eating we had to ask for the bill. We told our server at the beginning of the night that we would be splitting up the bill. The server messed this up as well and my fiance spent 10 minutes going through the bill and fixing it for him. Even though she insisted, the server should have had management involved as he kept apologizing, saying how sorry he was that this was happening. He should have asked for help to make the process smoother from Management.
Hopefully this is a wake up call for management. This type of service is not acceptable. We were celebrating my fiance receiving her bachelor's degree and the dinner was a terrible start to the night.
