Dr. Robertson performed my otoplasty back in 2008. It was such a success. The whole process from consultation to scheduling to the procedure and follow-up was pleasant, professional, and pain-free. I absolutely love the results. His support staff were also wonderful. He also quoted my procedure at thousands less than other doctors in Chicago. His credentials really stuck out to me and it was a total hit. I even got a hotel room to travel up to Madison the night before. He offered the procedure with local anesthetics-only, which cut down significantly on cost and down time. I was talking and relaxing throughout the whole procedure. It was painless and remarkably fast! I was back at work the following Monday with no problems. I would strongly recommend him and the office to anyone looking to improve their appearance.
