My friend's told me that this area is dirty & junky, not well cared for. There was a drug problem there..
I read some of the other reviews, I want to add something. My friend is judgemental. There probably are some dirty/junky trailers there. That's anywhere.
There are probably also a number of proud & hardworking people living here as well.
I don't want to be negative or judgemental about strangers based on one friend's word.
From what I can see the place is NOT terribly dirty or junky. I feel safe living nearby and have no complaints about the park tenants.
Also, they don't make too much noise, so noise pollution is not a problem.
