I had an accident on 1/30/2017. I gave specific instructions to the truck driver to lock my car and hide the keys after dropping the car off. He left my car unlocked all night, left the car keys on open view, and for whatever reason he left the windows open and it snowed all night. He was very inconsiderate. My car is a brand new car. There was not reason why he had to be so unprofessional.
He charged too much as well. I will never use Riteway's towing service ever again.
