Rico's Family Restaurant

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. We arrived at 10:15, placed our order at 10:20, then watched as customers at four tables in our section were seated, ordered and received food, each within 10 minutes of ordering. At 10:45, I asked politely if our order could be checked on. At 11:05, I informed the hostess we would be leaving. There were only two of us and one order was for the special. Had the waitress just told us the order had been overlooked when I first asked her to check, it would have been fine. Mistakes happen. But all she said was we're busy. Not too busy for the tables of 6, 4, 2 and 3 at the counter, apparently. Sorry, but we won't be back.

The woman manager is so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! I overheard her gossiping about the customers that were in the restaurant and involving other customers in that gossip. Her behavior is brash and trashy...not worth spending money at a restaurant. Also you may find "extra charges" on your bill. Watch your bill!
