Quality Inn & Suites

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, none of the employees were pleasant. Every time I went to the front desk I had to track them down. We were there for an extended time. The room was never cleaned even when requested. We had to change our own bedding and get towels, tp, etc when we needed it. The room had a musty odor, the bathroom was not cleaned well before we checked in. My 18 month old daughter found a syringe and needle on the floor under the desk. Room keys never worked, had to keep going to the front desk to have them reactivated. Someone from the front desk used their master key twice to come into our room not knowing we were in there. The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful! Drive the extra 10 mins to stay at the comfort inn and suites off the portage exit. The rates is the same and the rooms are double the size, the staff is very helpful, respectful and there to make your stay comfortable, the hotel is very clean and welcoming, better breakfast selection, and the pool is way nicer and cleaner.
