Public Storage

Public storage would not be my first option accept for the fact that it's located in West Allis. I am unhappy with the over-priced cost of renting here. The staff lacks customer service skills, and often a sign is posted on the door telling customers to come back at a time indicated. After posting the above review, I am extremely impressed with Public Storage! The staff is new and delightfully helpful. The hours of operation are consistent with no signs posted to come back. And the overall cleanliness and and appearance has improved! Thank you Public Storage for progressing the quality of your service for the customers!
