I knew Ann from when she was affiliated with the Friendship clinic and there has always been sort of an "urgent desire" for her to help me to hear clearly. Ann understands what a life changing event it is to go from not being able to understand when people talk, especially in a group atmosphere to then being able to hear and understand people. I have also had the opportunity to get to know Laura and the two together make a great team.
