PrePlayed

When I got home I had 2 cases without CDs in them that they were supposed to have. I've had this happen before and, to me, it's almost unexcusable. I don't live in town either. Why not just leave the CDs in them and beef up security if you have to? Other used places do. There must be a way to completely prevent what happened to me twice. Roy
