Precision Defense Training

As a new student I was never informed of proper kicking technique. My class partner and I repeatedly kicked a pad with the top of our feet. Shortly after I was diagnosed with a stress fracture on the top of my foot. Instructor Chris Withrow never bothered to check on me during the nearly 3 months I didn't come to class. However, previous to the injury I was working on getting him to teach a class at my work. He had no problem following up on this but never asked about me. When I met with him regarding being refunded for the rest of my package, he denied that I wasn't properly instructed and claimed I hurt the top of my foot by doing something else. He insists that he teaches all new students proper technique yet others were also not kicking correctly since they were using their feet instead of their shins as well. I would not recommend Precision Defense to anyone.
