Pizza Hut

I found mold in my soda from the ice machine, my boyfriend got coffee and it was very watery. Our pizza was done and they had it sitting on there counter for 10 min. Before it got brought to us and was almost to cold for me to even eat. This normally wouldn't be a very big issue but I am pregnant and I can't eat cold meat. Surprisingly the bathroom was clean but we won't be back.

Ordered a pizza and it was missing half the toppings listed on the receipt. The crust was also a lot tougher than at other locations, I am wondering if that is a freshness issue.
