Pizza Hut

Full disclaimer: I did work here, once upon a time. The food is what you expect from a Pizza Hut, not terrible but not great. The service is lacking though. 1 in 3 times I order, my pizza will be wrong. In house, I always expect to wait 45 minutes for my pizza. The worst part, though, is the phone service. I can't count how many times I have been hung up on or the phone just simply wasn't answered. When they do answer, they often forget to take off discounts that have been mentioned, or incorrectly record the order. TL;DR: Food is alright, service is god awful.

Very understaffed. We've been waiting an hour and haven't been told how long of a wait or anything. Management must be horrible here for them to be so understaffed. We only ordered two pizzas and some wings. Each pizza takes typically 1 to 2 minutes to prepare and only 6 minutes through an oven. So how do they justify an hour wait with little to no communication. They have one girl waiting on the dining area and the pick up window and phones. Where is the manager during this? How hasn't people do they have in the kitchen. I worked pizza for 9 years and never have i left a customer feeling the way myself and my family feel right now.

Terrible service and took forever to get our pizza.
