Went out for Pizza last night, at the Pizza Factory, a Princeton standout for over 20 years. They have struck on successful business model that has brought them continued success, in the midst of many failed restaurants in Princeton. We were lucky enough to get in early, as within 30 mins. of our arrival it was standing room only. Our party grabbed a few Leinenkugels as we waited for our food. While it appeared there was only one waitress, she was everywhere making sure the customers were taken care of during the food preparation. In the midst of being over-run, the wait for our pizza was still not too long, and out came our pizzas, along with another beer chaser. The Parthenon Pizza stuck out in my mind. As one of their signature offerings, it is an eclectic mixture of veggies and cheese that will send your taste-buds soaring. When in Princeton, go where the natives go. You can't argue with success, and here's to another 20 years of great offerings from the PIZZA FACTORY!!!!!
