Piercing Pagoda

I just called here to ask about some hider plugs and the girl that answered was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. She even went to look through all the stuff on the floor quick trying to find the item I was looking for. They didn't end up having it, but I can't remember the last time I had such an awesome phone interaction. And I would not have expected such professionalism from the piercing pagoda in the mall... Bravo, girl on phone. Bravo.
