Horrible! I spoke with the "Director" 5 times about an issue with the teachers not wiping my child properly, she did nothing! I spoke with the "director" multiple times due to the fact that every time I picked up my child she had snot dried onto her face, and boogers running down her face. On one occasion I went to drop my daughter off and the ASSISTANT TEACHER was in a room by herself with about 8 2 1/2 year old's (which is clearly a violation of state laws) left the room for 5 minutes while it was just me in there! On most occasions the teachers would not even acknowledge my child until I said something! On top of the unethical care Kindercare also practices unethical and unlawful billing practices. Charging parents extra days, the director refused to provide an itemized statement upon my request when I found out about there operations. Stay away from this place my child was sick all the time and the place always smelled like dirty diaper.
